Terms & Conditions – El Greco Fine Arts Award Curated by ICM Gestora Cultural

By accepting the nomination to the El Greco Fine Arts Award, the artist agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Participation is by invitation only. Only artists who have been directly contacted and selected by the curatorial board of ICM Gestora Cultural are eligible for the award.

  • It is not possible to apply for the award independently.

2. Acceptance Deadline

  • The deadline to confirm participation and submit all required materials is October 1st, 2025.

  • Failure to confirm by this date may result in forfeiting your inclusion in the book and award materials.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Any fees associated with participation are non-refundable, regardless of future changes, withdrawal, or cancellation by the artist.

  • Payment confirms your inclusion in the project and the production process.

4. Book Inclusion

  • Each selected artist will be featured in the hardcover, museum-quality book El Greco Fine Arts Award.

  • The book is not included in the participation, but artists will have the option to purchase personal copies at a discounted rate once available.

5. Award Materials

  • All selected artists will be featured in:

    • A full-page spread in the printed book

    • The official online catalogue

    • A commemorative digital badge

  • The main award winner will receive:

    • Cover feature

    • Three additional full pages

    • A professional interview included in the book

  • Shortlisted artists will receive an additional page in the book.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The artist retains all rights to their artwork. By accepting the award, the artist grants ICM Gestora Cultural the right to use submitted images and text strictly for inclusion in the book, catalogue, promotional materials, and digital platforms related to the award.

Announcement of Winners and Honorable Mentions
The winners and honorable mentions will be announced on October 6, 2025 via the Mens Humana website and social media channels.

Publication Details

  • The book will be published in November 2025.

  • A copy of the book is not included with the participation fee.

  • Participants may purchase a copy at a discounted rate, with shipping costs not included.

Shipping Details

  • Books will be shipped to the provided address with certified tracking and protective Kraft packaging.

  • Important: ICM Gestora Cultural is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.

General Terms

  1. Submissions must be the original work of the artist.

  2. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  3. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms or the submission guidelines.

  4. By submitting, artists grant El Greco Award the right to feature their work in the publication and digital catalog.
