Jun Gueco Cruz is a visual artist and healthcare provider whose work explores the invisible yet vital processes of life at the cellular level. Born in Angeles City, Philippines, Cruz merges his medical knowledge, spiritual insight, and Kapampangan roots to create biomorphic forms that celebrate the transformative power of biology. His art invites viewers to look beneath the surface of the human body, illuminating the quiet labor of cells as they grow, divide, and regenerate. These cellular movements—often unseen and unrecognized—become the foundation of Cruz’s visual language.
