Working across surrealism, portraiture, landscape, and still life, my practice is grounded in a lifelong search for deeper meaning, shaped by dreams, emotional experience, and spiritual intuition. I draw inspiration from studying both old masters and contemporary artists, translating influences into original compositions that aim to intrigue, move, and provoke reflection. Much of my work explores themes of freedom, transformation, and the resilience of the human spirit — themes rooted in personal experience. Whether capturing an imagined scene or a moment of observation in solitude, I seek to reveal emotional or symbolic layers hidden beneath the surface. Now in my 60s, I approach painting with renewed curiosity, technical precision, and an open mind to the unknown. For me, art is a form of truth-conveyance — a visual language through which to share lessons learned through my life journey.
