1. Overview

The ARTISTA INDEX is a curated platform and publication designed to showcase contemporary artists through:

  • A double-page feature in the hardcover edition of Artista 2025, including two artworks, an artist statement, a profile photo, and contact details.

  • A lifetime profile on the ICM website featuring four artworks, a profile photo, an artist statement, and contact information.

  • An Official Certificate of Participation recognizing the artist's inclusion.

2. Registration and Payment

  • The registration fee is €150, covering all services with no additional or hidden costs.

  • Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Deliverables and Timeline

  • Online Profile: Activated within 2–4 business days after ICM receives the completed registration and all required materials.

  • Certificate of Participation: Sent via email in high-resolution PDF format in September 2025.

  • Artista 2025 Book: Scheduled for publication and distribution in December 2025 through platforms like Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

4. Artist Responsibilities

Participants must provide the following materials in a timely manner:

  • A high-resolution profile photo.

  • An artist statement.

  • High-quality images of artworks (two for the book, four for the online profile).

  • Titles and descriptions for each artwork.

  • Accurate contact details.

Failure to submit these materials may result in delays or exclusion from the publication and online profile.

5. Intellectual Property

Artists retain full copyright of their submitted works. By participating, artists grant ICM Gestora Cultural a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the provided materials for:

  • Inclusion in the Artista 2025 publication.

  • Display on the ICM website.

  • Promotional activities related to the ARTISTA INDEX.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

ICM Gestora Cultural reserves the right to:

  • Modify the content, format, or publication date of the ARTISTA INDEX due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cancel the project if necessary, in which case registered participants will be notified promptly.
