Weronika Raczynska
Weronika Raczynska (born 1978 Warsaw, Poland) – Polish artist. In 2002 graduated with a MFA degree in Painting (with distinction) from the European Academy of Arts in Warsaw, Poland. In 2010 completed post-graduate studies in Painting & Drawing at The Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Poland. She has had 19 solo exhibitions and more than 140 group exhibitions in Warsaw, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Basel, Rome, Milan, Naples, Florence, Venice, Bologna and Barcelona among others. Exhibitions she participated in include shows in places, such as: Luciana Matalon Foundation in Milan; Medina Art Gallery in Rome; The Lovers and Leaders Space in Berlin; Spazio 57 Gallery in Naples; Spazio Dueunodue Gallery in Bologna; Hub Art Gallery in Barcelona; Onart Gallery in Florence; European Museum of Modern Art in Barcelona; and Spazio San Vidal Art Space in Venice. Raczynska was awarded The Faces of Peace Art Prize in 2022; Artistic Excellence certificate in 2022; Pegasus International Prize for the Arts in Venice in 2023; The Michelangelo International Prize in Rome in 2023; Artistic Career Award in Sanremo in 2023; The Botticelli International Prize in Florence in 2024; The Leonardo da Vinci International Prize in Milan in 2024; The Velazquez & Goya International Prize in Barcelona in 2024; and The New Great Masters International Prize in New York in 2025. Her work has appeared in “Art Château” art book, ”Vincent van Gogh Tribute” art book, and “Voices of Tomorrow” art book among others. Lives and works in Warsaw, Poland.
